Activities
We hold online/offline seminars for Japanese junior and senior high school students who are considering studying abroad, and share the experiences of Japanese students who have studied abroad in the past (preparations for studying abroad, actual dormitory life, exams, etc.).
And every year, we hold a study abroad fair, providing an opportunity for Japanese international students to interact with junior and senior high school students who are considering studying abroad in Japan.

The outline of the process for studying abroad is as follows.

One year before studying abroad
This will be in the fall or winter more than a year before you go abroad.
School Visit
We will select the school for you based on sufficient research. You prepare your passport in advance, consult with the school, arrange your schedule, and arrange your flight. We will visit the school. We will tour the school and make a final confirmation of the school you want to study at.
Mid-January
If you wish to study abroad in September, this is the action you should take around January of the same year, eight months prior.
Submitting an application
Submit an application to the school where you wish to study.
Mid-March
If you want to study abroad in September, this is the action you should take about six months in advance.
Announcement of results
The school where you wish to study abroad will announce the results of your exam.
Mid April
If you want to study abroad in September, this is an action you should take five months before.
Application for admission and document submission
You declare your enrollment to the school where you wish to study abroad. Then, you fill out and submit the necessary documents to the school.
Late May
If you want to study abroad in September, here are the steps you should take four months before.
Student Visa Application
You will apply for a student visa at the embassy or consulate in Japan of the country where the school you will be studying at is located.
Late August
This is your actions in the previous month if you are aiming to enroll in September.
Departure
You will prepare for your life during your study abroad, book your flight, and travel from Japan to your study abroad country.

Documents required for studying abroad
The main documents required for studying abroad are listed below.
Please check with the host country and school for details on the required documents.
Application
Create an application to submit to the school where you wish to study abroad.
Gradebook
Attach the transcript required by the school you wish to study at to your application and submit it to the school.
Letter of recommendation
Please attach three letters of recommendation from your current school (English, math, homeroom teacher/other).
Essays
Write an essay in the official language of the country where the school you want to study at is located and submit the essay to the school.
English Exams (TOEFL, TOEFL Junior)
You are attaching your English exam (TOFEL, TOFEL Junior) certificate.
Standardized Tests (SSAT, etc.)
You will attach a standardized test score (such as the SSAT). SSAT stands for "Secondary School Admission Test."
School visit and interview
Please attach documents regarding the content of the interview you had when you visited the school where you wish to study abroad.
Passport
Your passport must be valid for a sufficient period to cover your study abroad. In Japan, there are two types of passports: 5-year and 10-year. Those under 18 can only obtain a 5-year passport.
Visa
You will apply for a student visa at the embassy or consulate of the country in Japan where your destination school is located, attaching documents such as a health certificate and insurance certificate in accordance with each country's regulations.
Letter of guarantee
You may need to provide documentation that your guardian in Japan will be responsible for your studies abroad.
